I’m a therapist, a wife, a mom to five wonderful kiddos, and a fellow human navigating all the things- snow days, summer schedules, and the beautiful chaos of family life. Some days I feel like I’ve got it all together. Other days I’m hanging on by a thread. Maybe you know the feeling?

I believe healing happens in safe spaces, through honest conversations, and inside real relationships. I find so much meaning in walking with people through both pain and growth. My work as a therapist is deeply personal to me. I don’t just do this professionally- I live it. I believe in it.
